Jes enjoys developing her team and helping them support our clients to an exceptional standard. She is passionate about problem-solving and building practical processes that make it easier for both clients and colleagues to get the support they need. She also firmly believes that cakes and biscuits go a long way towards making the office a happy place to be!

Outside of work…

Jes enjoys the challenge of family life, juggling a toddler with teaching a tweenager good financial sense! She also loves horseriding.

Jes lives with husband Luke, daughter Sophia, son Alex and cats Taz and Luna.

When asked about her favourite food, Jes likes rump steak (rare) with fries and a big glass of red wine, but her guilty pleasure is doner kebab with curly fries and tonnes of garlic mayo!
