Nicola has had a career that spans many years in Customer Service and Support roles with HMRC, Tour Operators and Financial Services, she like to connect with people. Nicola enjoys supporting clients and colleagues, navigate processes and solve problems to achieve the best outcomes.
Outside of work…
Nicola is married to Ian, and they have three grown up children and the baby of the family is their Black Labrador called Mabel.
Most days you will find her walking in the North York Moors with Mabel. She enjoys crafts, knitting, crochet, making soft furnishings and baking. She also enjoys Pilates and is learning to play Golf.
Her favourite food is any seafood preferably eaten by the sea.
