Rupert Baron
Role: Chairman
Rupert joined Beyond Advice Group and was appointed chair in early 2026, having retired from Rathbones after 25 years in May 2025, finishing as CEO of Rathbones Investment Management.
In his role, Rupert will support the firm’s investment committee and ensure effective governance.
In his spare time, Rupert enjoys outdoor activities, being a keen mountaineer and leads Beyond’s charity climbs. He is also a trustee of the Stock Exchange Benevolent Fund and board adviser to financial AI, digital and data solutions firm Communify.
